Where do you ship to?

We proudly offer international shipping to most regions worldwide. Our primary shipping destinations include the United States, Canada, United Kingdom, European Union countries, and Australia.

How long will it take to get my order?

Total Delivery Time = Processing Time + Shipping Time.

  • Processing Time: All orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
  • Shipping Time:
    United States: 3–7 business days;
    Canada & Australia: 7–12 business days;
    UK & EU: 6–14 business days;
    Other Regions: 10–20 business days

How much is shipping?

We keep our shipping simple and affordable:

  • Orders over $49: FREE Standard Shipping.
  • Orders under $49: Flat rate of $6.90.

Shipping fees are calculated automatically at checkout after discounts are applied.

How can I track my order?

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number.

Why is my tracking number not updating?

Please don't worry, this is normal!
After you receive your tracking number, it typically takes the carrier 24–48 hours to scan the package and update the status in their system. If you see "Label Created" or "Pre-Shipment," it means your package is on its way to the carrier.

If your tracking hasn't updated for more than 5 business days, please contact us at collab@fireswan.shop.

Will I be charged customs or taxes?

For US Customers: In most cases, US customers are not charged customs duties on standard orders.

For International Customers: Shipments outside the US may be subject to import duties, VAT, or customs taxes imposed by your local government. These charges are not included in your total at checkout and are the responsibility of the customer upon delivery.

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?

We want you to love your purchase! If you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • In the same condition that you received it.
  • Unworn, unused, and unwashed.
  • In its original packaging with tags attached.
Do you offer free returns?

For Defective/Wrong Items: Yes! If you received a damaged or incorrect item, we will cover the return shipping costs.

For Standard Returns (Change of Mind): Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

How do I start a return?

Once your request is approved, you will receive step-by-step instructions via email on how and where to send your package.

Can I exchange an item?

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.
This ensures the new size or color doesn't go out of stock while your return is in transit!

When will I receive my refund?

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you if the refund was approved.

  • Processing Time: Please allow 5–7 business days for our team to inspect the return.
  • Refund Method: If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time (usually 3–10 business days) for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
What if I received a damaged/wrong item?

We apologize for the inconvenience! Please inspect your order upon reception.
If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us immediately at collab@fireswan.shop with photos of the issue. We will make it right by sending a replacement or issuing a full refund.

Order Issues

Can I cancel or modify my order?

We aim to process and ship orders as quickly as possible (usually within 1-3 business days).

  • If your order hasn't shipped yet: Please contact us immediately at collab@fireswan.shop with your order number and the request. We will do our best to catch it before it goes out!
  • If your order has already shipped: Unfortunately, we are unable to cancel or modify it. However, once you receive the package, you are welcome to start a return process.
I entered the wrong address. What should I do?

Please email us immediately with the subject line "URGENT: Wrong Address".

  • Before Shipping: If your package is still in our warehouse, we can update the address for you.
  • After Shipping: If you have already received a tracking number, we cannot change the destination. You may need to contact the carrier directly to see if they can reroute the package, though this is not guaranteed.
I forgot to add my discount code.

We understand this happens!
Please contact our support team at collab@fireswan.shop with your Order Number and the Discount Code you intended to use.
While we cannot manually apply a code to a processed transaction, if the code is valid and applicable, we may be able to issue a partial refund for the difference as a one-time courtesy, or verify it for your next purchase.

Why was my order cancelled?

It is very rare for us to cancel an order, but if this happens, it is usually due to one of the following reasons:

  1. Out of Stock: The item you ordered became unavailable before we could process it.
  2. Payment Verification Failed: Our security system flagged the transaction as high-risk (e.g., billing address didn't match the card).
  3. Undeliverable Address: The carrier could not verify your shipping destination.

Rest assured: If your order is cancelled, you will receive an email notification explaining the reason, and a full refund will be issued to your original payment method immediately.
