Shipping policy

We aim to deliver your order as quickly and safely as possible. Please read our Shipping & Delivery Policy carefully to understand how we process, ship, and deliver your orders.


1. Order Processing Time

  • Processing Time: All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your payment confirmation.

  • High-Demand Periods: During sales events, new launches, or holidays, processing times may be slightly extended by an additional 1–2 business days.

  • Verification: Please ensure your shipping address and contact information are accurate. Orders with incomplete details may experience delays while we verify information with you.


2. Shipping Costs

We strive to keep shipping costs low for our customers.

United States & International Shipping:

  • Free Shipping: We offer Free Standard Shipping on all orders over $49.00.

  • Standard Shipping: For orders under $49.00, a flat shipping fee of $6.90 will be applied at checkout.

  • Express Shipping: A flat fee of $12.90 (Available for faster transit; does not affect order processing time).

(Note: If you select Express Shipping options at checkout, additional fees will apply regardless of order value.)


3. Estimated Delivery Times

Delivery time is calculated as Processing Time + Transit Time. Below are the estimated transit times after your order has been dispatched:

Please Note: These are estimated timeframes. Unforeseen factors such as customs clearance, severe weather, or local carrier delays may occasionally extend delivery times.


4. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation Email containing your tracking number. You can track your package via:

  1. The tracking link provided in your email.

  2. Our Order Tracking Page: My Order Tracking

Please allow 24–48 hours for the carrier to update the tracking information in their system.


5. Address Changes & Delivery Issues

  • Address Accuracy: Please verify your shipping address carefully before checkout.

  • Changes: Once an order has been shipped, we are unable to redirect or change the address.

  • Returned Packages: If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or because it was unclaimed, we may require a reshipping fee to send it again.


6. Lost or Delayed Packages

If your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe:

  1. Check your tracking status via the link in your email.

  2. Contact the local carrier for the most up-to-date information.

  3. If the issue persists, please contact us at collab@fireswan.shop with your order number.

Note: Fireswan is not responsible for delays caused by force majeure events (such as natural disasters, pandemics, or strikes).


7. Pre-Orders & Split Shipments

  • Pre-Orders: Items marked as pre-order will be shipped once stock becomes available. The estimated date will be shown on the product page.

  • Split Shipments: To get your items to you faster, orders containing multiple items may occasionally be shipped in separate packages. You will receive tracking numbers for each package.
